Stage 03
A week that already respects your energy before you touch it. You are not filling in a blank grid at 9am on Monday.
Any calendar app that takes a subscription URL will work. Subscribe, do not import, or it will not stay up to date.
It arrives in your own timezone. The blocks have no timezone attached, so a nine in the morning block is nine in the morning wherever you are. You do not have to shift anything.
Gold is deep work. Everything around it is the recovery and admin that protects it. That is the whole design, and it is why the afternoon block is still possible.
Your attention runs on a cycle, roughly ninety to a hundred and twenty minutes between sharp and flat. No calendar app has ever asked you about that. So most people put their hardest work in the window where they are flattest and then decide they are undisciplined.
The deep work blocks sit in the sharp window. The nap sits at the bottom of the first trough, which is what makes the afternoon block possible rather than theoretical. And the shut-down is a block rather than a feeling, because rest does not restore you if you spend it half thinking about what you are not doing.
Move the times. If you are sharp at six in the morning or at ten at night, drag the blocks there. The shape is the point, not the hours.
What a calendar cannot do. This protects the hours. It has no opinion about whether the hours are pointed at the right thing, and a perfectly kept week spent on the wrong project is still a year you do not get back.
This week is what the first week inside the container looks like. The rest of it is a person asking you, every week for twelve weeks, whether the thing actually moved.
That question is upstream of every tool on this page. It is what Moonshot Mapping exists to answer, and the first fifteen minutes of it are free.
No. It arrives as a separate calendar you can toggle on and off, in its own colour, alongside everything you already have. Nothing you own is touched.
Subscribed calendars are read only, which is deliberate: it stays the reference week and cannot drift. Copy the blocks you want into your own calendar and edit them there, or turn the subscription off once the shape is a habit.
Two usual causes. Either the calendar is toggled off in the sidebar, or the app imported a one time copy instead of subscribing. Google can also take a few minutes on the first sync. If it is still empty after that, reply to your receipt email.
Then move it. The blocks repeat weekly on weekdays because that is the most common shape, not because it is the right one. What matters is one protected deep block, a real trough, and a shut-down you actually keep.
