You’re In
Do the setup tonight, not “this weekend.” The system only works once it is holding something, and an empty board is just another tab.
Everything Is on One Page
Three stages, in order
Open My TemplatesBookmark it. This is your home base.
Twenty minutes. Everything out, then choose the one thing.
Twenty minutes. Duplicate it, fill it, park the rest in Not Now.
Stage three lives on its own page so you can subscribe in one click: open the Flow Calendar.
Set a timer for fifteen minutes and do the brain dump without stopping. Most people are surprised what surfaces in the last three minutes, and that is usually the thing that has been quietly costing them the most.
The (10+2)×5 interval timer. Set your focus, take three breaths, work ten minutes at a time. A bell keeps the hour so you never watch the clock. It is the micro protocol underneath stage three, it costs nothing, and it works offline.
Open the timerReply to the receipt email. It comes straight to me, and order questions are usually answered within one business day.
After the setup
Go build the thing first, tonight. Then somewhere in the next couple of weeks the board will show you which of these three you are, and that tells you more than any advice I could give you now.
No pitch attached to any of those. Read the page, and if the honest answer is that you do not need either one, I will tell you so. The third answer is the right answer more often than the other two, and it is the only one that costs nothing.
And if you already know which one you are, you do not have to wait for the board to prove it. Most people need the fortnight. Some read those three and recognise themselves immediately.
